DATA RETENTION:
We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

TacSwan, LLC also retains Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Personal Data that is no longer needed after the expiration of legal or business process-related periods will be deleted. There may be an indication of interests that merit protection or historical significance of this data in individual cases. If so, the data must remain on file until the interests that merit protection have been clarified legally, or the corporate archive has evaluated the data to determine whether it must be retained for historical purposes.


CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS:

Under California law, there exist certain requirements governing an operator of a website or online service that collects personally identifiable information about consumers in California. California law requires such operators to disclose how the operator responds to web browser "do not track" signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services, if the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers' personal information over time and across third-party websites and, therefore, this requirement does not apply to us. California law also requires such operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personal information about their users' online activities over time and across different websites when the users use the operator's website or service. Third parties that have content or services on the Site (such as a social feature, analytics service, or an advertising network partner) may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits but this information does not include personal information. TRANSFER OF DATA:

If you click on a link to a third-party website, please remember that from the point of the European Union “EU”, the third party may not have an adequate level of protection for processing of Personal Data according to EU standards.

TacSwan, LLC will take steps to ensure that transferred Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

If TacSwan, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred if you give your continuing consent or another lawful basis exists. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

"Do Not Track" Signals
Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but we do provide you the option to opt out of interest-based advertising.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, such as our websites ("Service Providers"), to provide the services on our behalf, to perform service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how the services are used. The specific third-party services we use include:

Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our websites. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the websites available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS:
We may provide paid products and/or services within our websites. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). FoxFury, LLC will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors. Their use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies. However, all payment processors that are used adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS , requirements which help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

The payment processors we work with or may work with in the future are:

•   PayPal
•   Shopify - Shopify is an online provider of ecommerce software and platforms.
•   MailChimp - MailChimp is a marketing automation platform and an email marketing service.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES:
Our websites may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

 

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY:
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
